Alan Stahl has worked in the investment world for over 50 years, starting with running one of the most successful Municipal and Government Bond firms for 30 years. In 1992, he founded Future In-Site Realty, which was cornerstone to developing over 40 pre-schools, nearly 2,500 multi family units, and senior-housing projects.
Since the founding, we have been recognized as the most knowledgeable brokers in the child care industry, having personally owned and operated 2 schools for 18 years, and developed, bought, sold, leased and renegotiated countless child care leases.
After being party to more than 40 pre-school transactions, including the leasing, development, sale, and releasing of Kindercares, Tutor Times, The Learning Experiences and even small boutique schools nationwide, and personally operating two Tutor Time Child Care Centers with an average annual enrollment of 350 students over 15 years, we have shifted our focus to pre-school brokerage.
Our intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the entire child care industry has allowed us to gain significantly more favorable terms for both the Tenant and the Landlord because we understand both positions after personally experiencing them.
